Join our Motorsports Media Network team in Salzburg, Austria and lead the social media strategy for all aspects of motorsport at Red Bull - from overarching strategy to project-specific briefings.

1. In this role, you’ll develop and execute a global social media strategy for Red Bulls motorsports initiatives. By crafting compelling content and engagement strategies, you'll ensure Red Bull connects with motorsports fans at the top of the funnel, ultimately driving them to Owned Platforms (redbull.com & Red Bull TV) – directly or indirectly.
You’ll also broaden the Red Bull World of Motorsports appeal, making it accessible to mainstream audiences by delivering high-value content that resonates with entry-point consumers. Through an inclusive and brand-aligned tone of voice, you’ll build strong consumer relationships and foster brand love.
2. You’ll lead content innovation, ensuring that all social media output is optimized for evolving distribution platforms. By staying ahead of trends, you’ll drive social media innovation and ensure that Red Bull remains at the forefront of digital storytelling.
Leveraging data and analytics, you’ll analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you’ll take charge of real-time content production, creating and publishing engaging social content around key motorsports projects, athlete initiatives, and live events.
Beyond content creation, you’ll oversee external freelancers, ensuring that daily deliverables are met and aligned with Red Bulls broader motorsports strategy. You'll also manage social media productions both remotely and onsite.
3. 4+ years' experience of publishing content to major brand social media channels and optimising social content.
4. Exceptional understanding, experience and interest in motorsports. The ideal candidate is not just passionate about motorsport – they understand the disciplines we work with, the history and speak the language.
5. Strong ability to critically analyse social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
6. Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats and language with an investigative mind that continually evaluates the changing environment.
7. Team-player and self-starter mentality, structured and well-organized with a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
8. Fluent in English. Additional languages not required but considered an asset.
