As a “digital enthusiast,” you will actively drive and manage our digital interfaces development among our B2B eCommerce/eProcurement activities on an international level. Together with three other team members, you represent the global eCommerce Sales Department in our headquarters in Dornbirn. This position is on a part-time basis of 50% and is limited to 2 years.
Some typical “jobs-at-hand” might include:
* You evaluate and backchannel customer requirements to our business & IT product teams for estimation, planning, and execution.
* You proactively deploy the most suitable eProcurement/interface solutions together with local & international sales & expert teams (e.g., IT).
* Your task is to operatively manage the existing and establish new interfaces by identifying the most suitable digital solutions/eProcurement solutions (e.g., EDI, OCI Punchout, B2B eCommerce software systems) for our diverse customer groups to scale internationally.
* You pro-actively support and drive eCommerce business with your understanding of B2B customer needs and value creation in the lighting, construction, or similar industry areas.
* As a hands-on person, you support change management activities, identify training needs, prepare learning content, and if suitable, hold training sessions.
Your profile
As a junior expert related to digital B2B interfaces, eCommerce, eProcurement, EDI, OCI Punchout, and software systems and sales solutions, you want to start or advance your career in this field. Ideally, you are looking for a 50% part-time job because you are currently studying (Working Student / Double Degree Program).
* You gained first experience in managing and executing digital solutions/eProcurement solutions and understand the importance of harmonized processes.
* You are a data and process-driven mind and understand the importance of online tracking and reporting systems to measure success and gain deeper insights into user behavior.
* Your working style is characterized by your analytical and conceptual thinking skills, resulting in a structured, proactive, and independent way of prioritizing your tasks.
* As a team player with a hands-on approach, you can also inspire others.
* MS Office skills are a given, and preferably you can prove first experience in working with SAP and/or eProcurement platforms (OCI/EDI connections).
* Your very good spoken and written German and English skills round up your profile and allow you to communicate confidently with local and international customers and colleagues.

Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 57.094,24 /p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
