We are currently looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager (m/f/d) to help ensure compliance with tax regulations and transfer pricing optimal structures and processes in all relevant jurisdictions. In this role, you will be involved in tax projects, transfer pricing compliance, as well as in transfer pricing risk management and related controlling activities.
You will:
* Define intercompany policies and apply them to Borealis’ global business activities.
* Manage transfer pricing governance and compliance including transfer pricing documentation (Masterfile, Local Files, CbyC reporting, intercompany agreements, etc.) and transfer pricing controlling.
* Manage projects with respect to transfer pricing topics, e.g. integration of acquisitions, business restructurings, and other projects.
* Collaborate effectively with the Business and other stakeholders in all matters related to transfer pricing.
* Engage with tax authorities and supervise or manage tax audits worldwide.
* Monitor developments in the international tax environment and consider its implications for the Group’s transfer pricing policies.
About you
* University degree in Business Administration or Law or equivalent.
* Postgraduate International Tax preferred.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken at business level.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate tax management from either a large corporation or consultancy (or combined).
* In-depth knowledge of national and international tax laws, regulations, and practices in the field of transfer pricing.
* Accounting knowledge and experience in analysis of data is a plus.
* Reliability and a high attention to detail.
* Team player and cross-functional facilitator (moderator capabilities).
* Positive attitude and spirit, innovative thinking.
