Role Overview
Lady Luck Games is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the gaming industry and the ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
* Project Direction : Develop and manage the direction of the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Scope Management : Plan, define, and oversee the project scope, ensuring all project objectives are clearly outlined and achievable.
* Quality Assurance : Maintain the quality of processes to meet or exceed established quality parameters.
* Resource Management : Oversee assigned resources, motivate the team, and ensure effective teamwork towards project objectives.
* Communication Planning : Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure clear and effective communication both horizontally (among team members) and vertically (with stakeholders and management).
* Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflected in the Project Management system.
* Risk Management : Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans to prevent project derailment.
* Feedback and Improvement : Provide internal feedback and apply lessons learned to enhance overall project processes and products.
* Stakeholder Communication : Relay internal feedback and requests to stakeholders and incorporate external customer feedback.
Qualification / Requirements
* Located in Central European time zone (or similar).
* Proven experience in project management, preferably within the gaming industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* You worked in a similar position for at least 3 years.
