Technical Marketing & Development Hygiene Manager, Nonwovens Role
The Technical Marketing & Development/Technical Customer Service Hygiene Manager, Nonwovens serves as the primary technical point of contact for major feminine hygiene brands.
This role includes:
* Supporting and advising customers on novel product development, fiber innovations, and market trends.
* Maintaining centralized knowledge of customer needs and undertaking classical technical customer service work with high customer intimacy.
* Collaborating with colleagues to provide technical support, conduct market analysis, and manage internal and external audits.
Your Ideal Profile
* A degree in Textile/Nonwoven Technology or Engineering.
* Several years of professional experience in the textile/nonwoven industries, preferably in nonwoven manufacturing.
* Direct customer contact experience (3+ years).
* Negotiation skills with experience in various cultural environments.
* Advanced knowledge of nonwoven technologies, substrates, manufacturing, and costing.
* SAP, Microsoft Office, and CRM proficiency.
* Fluency in English (ALTE Level 3).
