Job Description:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsibility for the purchase-to-pay process (P2P), including determining requirements, managing orders and checking invoices.
2. Conducting tenders, negotiating conditions and awarding procurement positions.
3. Ensuring timely deliveries, managing orders and clarifying invoice discrepancies.
4. Maintenance and administration of purchasing data in SAP, SRM and other tools (material and supplier master data, negotiation results).
5. Collaboration with project teams and suppliers to optimise procurement processes and identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Completed training (Secondary Technical College, Commercial Academy or comparable).
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in purchasing.
3. Previous SAP experience is an advantage.
4. Team player and good communication skills.
5. Initiative and commitment.
6. Negotiating skills and a solution-oriented approach.
7. Business fluent knowledge in German and English.
8. Willingness to travel for business up to a maximum of 10 percent throughout Europe.

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry).
