Your Tasks
* Calculate project specifications based on customer requirements
* Visit customers to discuss technical project details
* Provide remote technical support to customers
* Conduct technical training for customers and internal employees
* Support sales teams with technical inquiries and special product requests
* Assist the sales support and order desk team with customer requests
* Collaborate with Marketing on technical specifications and content
* Participate in exhibitions and other marketing activities
Your Profile
* Degree in engineering, HTL or equivalent practical experience
* At least 5 years in a technical role within a sales organization
* Ideally experienced in district heating and insulation sectors
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to explain technical details to non-experts
* Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
* Detail-oriented and enjoys working on complex calculations
* Experience working with diverse cultures
* Preferably familiar with SAP ERP systems and specific calculation software
* Willingness and ability to travel across Europe to visit customers
