As Director–Communications, you will lead a team of communications professionals, provide strategic consulting advice and expertise to clients, and form part of Clarity’s Leadership Team driving performance and business strategy.
This senior leadership role offers the chance to work with a leading communications, brand and design agency. At Clarity, we partner with a diverse range of clients, shaping reputations and driving business growth through our unique combination of strategic communications, branding, marketing, and design.

About you
Ideally you will have ten plus years of communications, corporate affairs or marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
* You’re a confident and creative communicator who enjoys developing strong relationships with the people you work with.
* You’ve managed people and enjoy leading a team.
* You’re experienced in the implementation of corporate communications, branding, copywriting and/or marketing.
* You’re confident in managing project budgets and taking on responsibility for the tracking of performance against targets.
* You enjoy keeping up to date with industry trends and attending relevant events and forums.
* You’re happy to work both independently and within a team environment where you can support and collaborate with colleagues at all levels and share your knowledge, expertise and ideas.
* You’re a natural problem solver and you enjoy thinking outside the box to come up with creative solutions to complex and unique communication and brand challenges.
