In this role, you will support internal and external production quality analysis and improvement actions, translating customer and product requirements into quality management control mechanisms. You will continuously improve the supply quality system and key business processes, assist in supplier auditing, releases, and supplier quality management, and support product development projects and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will manage and handle complaints, lead escalations for critical quality issues, and lead problem solving teams for escalated quality concerns. You will develop testing concepts, procedures, and conduct sle inspections, moderate (FMEAs), create training materials and train employees on quality regulations, conduct internal and external audits for quality assurance, define measurement methods and analytics for new products, perform process analysis using statistical methods (SPC, DOE, ANOVA), and manage inspection, measuring, and testing equipment (IMTE).
