Responsibilities:
1. Take on a wide range of coordination responsibilities from the proposal phase to prototype ordering for new customer projects with customers from different sectors and industries.
2. Define and implement strategic business development measures, particularly for identifying market potential and managing sales to open up new markets.
3. Analyze and manage the customer and product portfolio, actively participating in cross-site projects.
4. Support the sales team in business initiation and customer care, conducting market and competitor analyses to derive appropriate measures.
Qualifications:
1. Completed an academic education in the technical or business area (e.g., industrial engineering, technical business administration, or similar).
2. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product management or technical sales, ideally in a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Technical know-how and analytical skills are essential.
4. Business fluent in German and English with strong IT user skills; experience in a CRM system is advantageous.
5. Interpersonal skills such as team spirit, self-confidence, sociability, and strong communication skills are valued.
