The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) is advertising the vacant position of an Administrative Project Employee (m/f/d).
Your tasks
1. Administrative and organizational tasks connected with the management of different types of mobilities within ACE2-EU alliance and beyond.
2. Promotion of Erasmus program 2021-28 within CUAS and supporting the IRO connected with the implementation of Erasmus+ Program within the institution.
3. Updating and maintaining data entries in the internal administration systems as well as external databases.
4. Supporting the dissemination of international activities.
Your profile
1. Completed professional education/successful school-leaving certificate (Matura desirable, vocational school, university degree an advantage).
2. Strong self-organization skills and preciseness.
3. Ability to work in a team, high degree of self-responsibility and accuracy.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
5. Confident use of MS Office and have very good Excel skills. Additional software skills are a plus.
6. Willingness to familiarize yourself with university-specific systems.
7. Ideally, you are used to rapidly changing requirements and deadlines.
8. English language skills (min. level B2, W/S).
9. German language skills (min. level B2, in W/S).

Salary: In Austria we are legally obliged to state the minimum salary which starts at least at EUR 2,600.11 gross per month (40 hours/full-time, 14 salaries). A higher salary might be taken into consideration depending on qualifications and work experience.
