We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Controller to join our Controlling team with a focus on Headquarters and Research & Development (R&D). This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial transparency, supporting strategic decision-making, and enabling efficient resource allocation across the AOP Health Group.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
* Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial closings and reporting for AOP Health Group.
* Conduct variance analyses and provide assessments of financial results and trends.
* Prepare ad-hoc analyses, reports, and presentations with a strong focus on HQ cost control and R&D Controlling to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Review and challenge forecasts developed by business functions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
* Support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Act as a business partner for HQ and R&D functions, providing financial expertise and identifying improvement opportunities.
* Contribute to the continuous development of financial tools, systems, and controlling methodologies.
* Help shape controlling processes within a dynamic, international company and collaborate in a forward-thinking team environment.
Your Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, ideally within an international corporate setting.
* Solid understanding of controlling processes, cost accounting, and financial planning.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), Power BI, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); any additional language is an advantage.
