For our offices in Vieanna we are recruiting for an
Intern, Frontdesk – 20hrs/week (f/m/d)
About the role
The intern will be responsible to manage the front desk and supportal Commercial and Medical functions in ad hoc administrative tasks. Furthermore the intern will act as interface to to IT, landlord and cleaning company e.g..
What You’ll Do
1. Front desk responsibilities may include:First contact to visitors and visitor managementAnswering, screening and transferring of incoming callsOrganizing caterings for Biogen meetingsE-Mail management (receive, sort and distribute daily mails)Post management including distributing invoices internally and shipping materias (e.g. for Biogen events) externallyOrdering of office supply Performing other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, faxingCopying contracts and forward them to person in chargeExecuting orders for sales team and place incoming oders for hospitals/doctors in Kwizda webshop
2. Additional support activities may include:Ad hoc administrative support for Commercial / Medical functionsAssisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Qualifications
Required Skills
3. Enrolled student, ideally but not limited to e.g. economics, business administration, science or medicine or any other relevant discipline
4. A proactive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work according to tight timelines and to prioritize workload, whilst concentrating on delivery and adding value
5. Excellent personal organizational, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
6. Strong attention to detail and consistency
7. Native-level written and spoken German and advanced written and spoken English
Monthly gross salary of 1.100 € (based on 20hrs/week working scheme)
