They're now seeking a General Manager to drive operational excellence, scale our workforce capability, and future proof service delivery across our network.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless integration across all business units and frontline services.
* Drive strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and retention of care staff and support professionals.
* Redesign and optimise rostering, payroll, employment agreements, and care delivery processes.
* Collaborate closely with the COO to roll out structural reforms that unlock significant cost savings and service improvements.
* Build strong relationships across internal teams, providers, and senior leadership.
* Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and operational insights to support executive decision-making, leveraging modern technologies including AI.
* Ensure ongoing compliance and operational alignment with regulatory bodies and commission standards.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in healthcare, aged care, or medical services.
* Strong process orientation with a background in improving operational systems and structures.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, especially with frontline professionals and executive leaders.
* Commercial acumen and an ability to lead complex change programs independently.
* High integrity, resilience, and pragmatic leadership style.
