Develop and execute a commercial strategy that aligns with both own eCommerce and Retail channels (D2C), ensuring overall company growth. Define, plan, and execute sales budgets, ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining profitability. Work closely with Retail and eCommerce stakeholders to create a holistic commercial plan that leverages synergies across channels. 2. Digital Sales Optimization & Marketing Collaboration Understand the revenue streams from various digital channels (e.g., organic, paid, affiliates, email, direct traffic) and collaborate with digital marketing to optimize performance. Align closely with performance marketing teams to maximize digital marketing strategies, ensuring the right investment mix to drive eCommerce growth. Track and analyse key eCommerce performance metrics (conversion rotes, AOV, ROAS, CAC, etc.) and implement data-driven optimizations. 3. Business Development & Strategic Initiatives Identify growth opportunities and risks (market trends, competitor activities, new web functionalities, new services, internal inefficiencies) and propose strategic initiatives. Develop concise business cases for new initiatives and drive their implementation through project management. Champion and lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities. 4. Commercial Planning & Execution In collaboration with local marketing, develop and execute a commercial calendar, ensuring the right mix of promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales. Work closely with marketing, retail and supply chain, to ensure smooth execution of the eCommerce strategy. Continuously analyse and optimize product category, promotion share, and main building blocks for the eCommerce revenue. 5. Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Challenge- Driven Mindset Be a proactive and accountable leader, driving results-oriented decision-making. Confidently challenge peers and stakeholders when necessary, ensuring that the best commercial decisions are mode. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Marketing, Digital, Operations, Finance and Technology to align objectives and drive revenue growth.
