1. Perform metal structure repairs on aircraft and aircraft components, following maintenance repair instructions with precision.
2. Assess damages in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, including the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
3. Manufacture repair parts such as angles, profiles, and doublers from sheet metal materials, ensuring quality repairs directly on aircraft.
4. Repair structural components, including stiffeners, brackets, and webs, to maintain aircraft integrity.
5. Conduct maintenance and repairs on various aircraft components as outlined in the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), including pilot seats, baby bassinets, and onboard wheelchairs for our Airbus fleet.
6. Implement service bulletins (SBs) of all types on aircraft and components to enhance performance and safety.
7. Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) repairs efficiently under time constraints to minimize downtime.
8. Participate in maintenance activities during C-Check seasons on our Airbus fleet.

9. (at least) apprenticeship or technical college degree
10. Experience with repairs or in production of metal structure and tooling would be an advantage
11. Able to work independently and with accuracy
12. Experience in aviation industry would be an advantage
13. Team-oriented, flexible and able to cope with pressure
14. Communicative personality
15. Willingness for shift work (night and weekends)
16. Readiness for further training
17. English skills (written and spoken), German skills would be an advantage
18. Driving license
