Your Role
As Compensation Specialist, you will report directly to the Head of Compensation and Benefits and play a key role in managing compensation issues across the Plansee Group on an international scale.
* Proactively collaborate in the introduction of the compensation module in our HCM software Workday, as well as interfaces to sub-systems.
* Optimize digitized processes in the compensation module in Workday, ensuring quality optimization of pay data and its presentation.
* Conduct job evaluations, create job descriptions, and support internal compensation guidelines and policies, presenting various key figures.
* Participate in surveys on industry trends and benchmarks, configure and maintain benchmark data, and provide support to locations in approximately 30 countries.
* Continuously improve the planning tool for annual salary adjustments and support various compensation processes (e.g. annual bonus process).
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Completed business studies with several years of relevant professional experience focused on compensation.
* Alternatively, comparable skills through many years of relevant professional experience in compensation issues.
* Experience in statistics and process management.
* Excellent English language skills.
* Software experience with Workday is an advantage.
