We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, results driven Account Manager to join our growing brand.
You will report to the Sales Director and create strong, long-term relationships with Stonemason, Joiners & Kitchen Retailers within your Victorian based sales territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Effectively promote and maximise the sales and specification of Gen Stone through customer base & associated work sources.
2. Effectively manage and maintain Gen Stone merchandise within a showroom environment.
3. Develop strong, long term customer relationships through effective call planning and client liaison.
4. Ensure effective communication functions through the completion of sales reports, sales forecasting and management of the client base on CRM system, project tracking, client records and activity within timeframe required.
5. Administrate prescribed project tracking process and work with peers to convert to firm order.
6. Participate in relevant marketing / exhibition events when required.
Qualifications
1. Proven sales ability, with a strong focus on driving new business through proactive initiatives, while nurturing an existing client base.
2. You will preferably have area manager experience in stone sales or understand the kitchen retail & cabinet maker market.
3. Have the ability to effectively promote and maximise the specification and sales of Gen Stone through customer base work sources.
4. You will demonstrate success in having achieved sales targets, developed and effectively implemented sales & business plans.
5. The ability to develop customer relationships through effective call planning and client liaison.
6. You work well autonomously and in a small team environment.
7. Motivated and driven.
8. Vietnamese speaking skills are highly valued (but not essential).
