The Impact You'll Make
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This position acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, serving as a change agent and employee champion.
This position requires strong cross-team collaboration across multiple functions and close partnership with HR teammates across Villach and Salzburg and in the US.
About the Role
* Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective organizational and people-related strategies
* Collaborate with internal clients to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
* Deliver people solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review and change management
* Guide and coach people managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve people or organizational challenges
* Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development
* Analyze and interpret data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client groups
* Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, develop and interpret local HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs
What We're Looking For
* Minimum bachelor's degree in business or human resources
* 10+ years of experience in HR for multiple disciplines
* At least 5 years of HR business partnering experience
* Passionate about making a difference and playing a role in organization transformation
* Experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives
* Ability to work collaboratively across organizations
* Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes at varying levels of the business
* Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills
* Strong skills in spoken and written German (native level) and English language
