As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be tasked with taking in new leads and transforming them into successful and long-lasting business relationships. At JENTIS, the salary is comprised of a fixed monthly base and a quarterly performance bonus. Our employment contracts are not all-inclusive, meaning they are based on a 38.5 hour work week with the option to take compensatory days off. Final salaries are determined based on an individual's geographic location, qualifications, experience, and time commitment.
