To fulfil our demanding delivery time goals for the European and African Market, we carry a significant stock of parts in Graz, that are used both for Service and Assembly of new Pumps.
In our Pumps Division in ANDRITZ AG, Graz, we are looking for a Technical Requisition Planner and Process Execution Manager .
You will be responsible for stock management availabilities for selected ranges of standard pumps, and active management of Net Working Capital.
Your Tasks
1. Responsibility for maintaining the material master data (MRP) relevant for scheduling and planning requisitions in order to ensure optimal supply for assembly
2. Interface with purchasing, plant, quality department, internal production facilities, suppliers, etc
3. Creating and releasing requirements
4. Creating planning and releasing order requisitions
5. Check material availability in the course of scheduling
6. Model management for casting models
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
7. Completed commercial or technical training (HAS, HAK, HTL), university degree advantageous.
8. Professional Background in requisition planning and execution essential. This includes especially the theory, practical application and handling in IT Systems of: ABC XYZ Analysis Disposition Parameters including Safety Stock, Reorder Point, Optimal Reorder Quantity, Understanding of complex bill of materials with multi-level structure and variances, Preferably in SAP
9. Knowledge of pumps and the pump industry would be a valuable asset
10. Enthusiasm for technical contexts
11. Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel), SAP knowledge
12. Languages: proficient German and English
13. Strong teamwork and communication skills

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of €,36 gross/ this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
