Our Senior Business Analyst works to evaluate the business needs of our valued clients and create solutions to fuel their success. As a Senior Business Analyst on our team, you will have the opportunity to apply innovation practices to help improve ours and our customers’ purchasing and product experiences.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
* 7 years of relevant business experience;
* Bachelor’s degree preferred;
* Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving, working across business and IT);
* Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills;
* Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems;
* Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels;
* Experience in data and process automation; Salesforce administration and design a plus.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
* Get, analyze, decompose, and fix project requirements;
* Maintain project documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.);
* Synchronize the visions of the project by all participants (both internal and external);
* Analyze the competitors;
* Analyze the project market;
* Work on improvements to current projects and presale;
* Generate ideas that will increase the business value of the product;
* Communicate with the client and the team;
* Work with client expectations;
* Encourage upsales on current projects;
* Validate and process a presale and participate in closing the deal.
