With a strong focus on health, safety and quality, we are looking for a dedicated Health, Safety and Quality Manager (HSQ Manager LCS) to take over the role for the Life Cycle Service. The HSQ Manager LCS ensures that health, safety and quality management is fully implemented and improved in the global service organizations in line with the Kardex Remstar overall strategy.
Your tasks
1. Leading strategic HSQ projects
2. Definition and evaluation of HSQ targets together with the responsible persons
3. Create, implement and maintain global specific policies and templates for the function
4. Communication on Health, Safety & Quality (HSQ) topics in the LCS organization
5. Supporting the LCS country organizations operationally and in the use of the EHS software Quentic
6. Monitoring training status, inspection requirements, conducting audits, occupational accidents, preparing risk assessments
Your profile
7. Bachelor's degree (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics) or comparable qualification
8. Knowledge and several years of professional experience in the HSQ field, ideally in an international industrial company
9. Experience in project management
10. Qualification in H&S: e.g. Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit §6 ASiG & Quality: e.g. QMB training or comparable
11. Experience with Quentic, CRM and SAP desirable
12. Detailed knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001 and 45001) and the application of the Machinery Directive
13. Very good knowledge of German and English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate level)
