As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing various high-profile clients with multiple properties in Vienna. Your responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring contract-compliant fulfillment of service requirements to the complete satisfaction of the client.
2. Comprehensive management of building technical systems.
3. Point of contact for all client and tenant requests.
4. Organization of maintenance and repair measures, utilizing an existing supplier pool.
5. Taking on organizational and management tasks in the office and overseeing various properties on-site.
6. Planning up to the final billing of technical projects (e.g., adaptation of GLT or HKLS systems).
Your Profile:
1. Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in facility management.
2. Completed training in a technical field, e.g., HKLS or electrical engineering (apprenticeship, HTL, university of applied sciences, etc.).
3. In-depth knowledge of norms and laws (building technical systems, trade regulations, technical construction regulations, specific ÖNORMs).
4. Training as a fire protection officer is an advantage.
5. Your strengths: pronounced technical understanding, a high degree of independence and responsibility, a practical approach to ensuring efficient solutions.
