Job Description
The Key Lead ensures quality in-store experiences for all customers by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives floor performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Availability and Work Schedule:
The schedule will vary weekly but should expect at least 20-25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
Requirements:
1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
2. Retail experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
3. Supervisor/managerial experience: No supervisory/management experience is required
