Fiber Elements GmbH was founded in 2023 in the start-up center of the Montanuniversität Leoben and focuses on the development and production of non-metallic reinforcement systems in construction. The company primarily works with the mineral material basalt, which is processed into complex three-dimensional reinforcement systems using so-called rovings (fiber bundles) on automated production lines, and is used in a variety of precast concrete elements. In addition to the textile reinforcement systems, another key focus is on the development and digital control of fully automated production lines, which can also be operated at customer sites. We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff and Organizational Development working closely with the CEO to drive the company's HR strategy and processes.
