ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Quality Assurance of products and Quality Control of material and manufacturing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manufacturing Quality: Ensure products meet internal specifications, customer specifications, and industrial requirements.
* Supplier Quality: Ensure equipment, direct/indirect materials, and parts meet specifications.
* Customer Quality: Drive customer incidents problem solving and case reduction.
* Ensure customer audits are conducted with satisfaction.
* Ensure products meet industry and customer quality specifications.
* Ensure operation manuals contain clear instructions.
* Support and collaborate with engineering to further develop specifications according to product and industrial requirements.
* Reliability: Ensure products meet internal and industrial reliability requirements.
* Failure Analysis: Lead problem-solving teams to perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and apply countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of quality engineering experience and 3+ years in the semiconductor industry.
* Integrity and professionalism in implementing and adhering to policies and procedures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Fluent in English and German.
