Summary
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing System Expert (m/f/d) to join our team in Kundl, Tyrol. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient execution of processes and fostering continuous improvements in quality, productivity and efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Manufacturing Systems Group and report directly to the Manufacturing System Lead. Key responsibilities will include process monitoring and troubleshooting support in the SAP related Production and Supply Chain processes, as well as the management of the user rights and permissions, assigning of trainings, creation and follow up of tickets, provide SAP related knowledge and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st level support for the SAP users for the Production and Supply Chain areas.
* Handling of user access requests including permission management and assigning of trainings.
* Preparation / Execution of SAP related tickets in the related IT systems.
* Collaboration and management of the existing SAP trainings and curricula.
* Technical control of SAP related background job and interfaces to existing systems.
* Collaboration in the implementation and qualification of new SAP requirements.
Role Requirements:
* Apprenticeship or graduation from technical or commercial schools.
* GMP knowledge.
* Good technical and automation understanding.
* Proficiency in English and German (spoken & written).
* First experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* SAP user management and permissions.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 58.199,96 year (on a full-time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
