Responsibilities
* Analyzing existing processes and identifying potential improvements
* Implementing innovative solutions
* Coordinating interfaces between specialised departments and the digitization team
* Moderating workshops and supporting the introduction of new processes
* Training and supporting employees
Qualifications
* Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL, university studies)
* Initial experience in IT or process management, ideally in software implementations
* Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., EPK, BPMN, ARIS) and business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, IMS)
* Project management certifications (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) are an advantage
* Analytical, solution-oriented, and self-organized work style
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Good English skills
