Mission: The mission of the Group HR Director is to transform the HR department of a local manufacturing company into a modern international HR with efficient processes, recruitment, and HR tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for the development of strategic human resources management within the company.
2. Development of Group HR processes and structures for all company locations.
3. Set up of HR Operations, systems/tools across all entities to increase effective HR management.
4. Development of HR strategy focused on areas of talent acquisition (recruitment, employer branding), performance management, learning & development, HR controlling.
5. Set up an employer branding strategy and look for new possibilities to attract talents (for example, by networking with universities).
6. Fostering the development and enhancement of the company cultural change and internal and external communication channels.
7. Efficiently managing and fostering the growth of the HR team.
8. Reporting to & collaborating closely with senior company management.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5 years of experience in a strategic leading HR role (HR Director, HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner), ideally from the FMCG segment.
2. Experience as a member of the senior management team.
3. Active participation in projects of implementation or adjustment to new HR processes within a fast-growing environment.
4. Good knowledge of HR tools and the ability to set up new HR tools architecture.
5. Experience with international HR management is an advantage.
6. Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, ability to propose human resources strategies to support the needs of management.
7. Independent, innovative thinking, strong presentation, and communication skills.
8. Driving license group B.
9. Fluent in English and Slovak/Czech.
10. Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
Compensation: Monthly salary starting from 5,500 EUR gross fixed x 12 + annual bonus, company car. (Final remuneration depends on candidate’s seniority and will be subject to partnership discussion during the selection process).
