Experienced Property Manager @ First National Property Solutions Palm Beach
Join our Palm Beach Office within the Property Management team as a Senior Property Manager. We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager wanting to work in a larger team with many more resources.
One of our fabulous Property Managers has set off travelling, leaving a super well-organised portfolio of approximately 150 properties. We have a successful BDM program and thus a growing rent roll, so we are looking for someone confident starting with this portfolio and potentially taking on more properties.
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Support
We work a portfolio structure with Entry Condition Reports, Open for Inspections, initial arrears management up to day 7, Creditor Payments, and Trust Accounting being carried out by on-road support and a Trust Manager. You will also have front desk support to handle day-to-day contact with tenants and routine clerical tasks.
You will be stepping into a well-structured existing rent roll where there is nothing to clean up. We have well-developed systems that produce excellent results for our clients and industry-best practice arrears and vacancy rates.
The primary software packages we are using for Property Management are PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, Rental Express, and Maintenance Manager. Although experience with PropertyMe is an advantage, it is not essential. Our systems allow for working from home if you need to.
Ongoing Training
With the changing nature of the way real estate is transacted and the continuously increasing use of technology, we are incredibly focused on improving skills with professionally relevant training. Willingness to learn and adapt is critical to your success with us.
We have our own First National Network training academy. No matter what level of experience you are at, there are targeted courses to equip and hone your skills. We also regularly bring in leading industry trainers.
Ongoing mentoring programs support you post-training to translate your learning into effective skills. Salary system linked to workload
Our salary package is a transparent stepped bonus system based on the number of properties you are managing. A full car allowance and a mobile phone allowance will be provided.

* Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Property Manager is desirable
* Current Certificate of Registration.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of properties. We also welcome applications from junior PMs ready to step up to this level.
