People & Culture Business Partner (m/f/d) 30-38,5H/W – IKEA Austria South
Your Responsibilities:
1. Together with the local People & Culture Team, ensure daily People processes and routines are secured and efficiently delivered to a high standard.
2. Coach and advise leaders to manage their day-to-day people processes in line with labor relations principles, local policies, procedures, and laws, upholding IKEA employment standards.
3. Ensure that talent and succession goals for the assigned business areas are consciously achieved, providing advice and expertise to line managers.
4. Help line managers develop business and leadership competence using relevant competence building tools and methods to secure a wonderful customer experience.

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Include:
1. 2–3 years of professional experience in People & Culture, ideally in a generalist role.
2. Proven expertise in facilitating organizational transformation processes.
3. In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law and the ability to build and maintain trustful relationships with social partners.
4. Fluency in both German and English, written and verbal.

For legal reasons, we indicate a minimum salary. For this full-time position, we offer a MINIMUM monthly gross salary from €3000. For a perfect match, we are willing to pay significantly more depending on your experience and qualification.
