Working at the Siemens Energy office location will help you interact with the Erection and Commissioning team. Working from home is partly possible. You are available for international business trips.
As resource manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for overseeing the allocation and utilization of Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief TFAs within the Site Management function of EC.
You will coordinate staff assignments, identify resource needs, and ensure resources are used efficiently to support our project construction sites globally.
How You’ll Make an Impact
* Planning, sourcing, training, allocation, and onboarding of qualified Site Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Chief Technical Field Advisors according to the business and project requirements.
* Regular status updates to Erection and Commissioning Organization senior management.
* Acting as manager for part of the allocated personnel.
* You will support the allocated personnel to excel in their site jobs. You will receive and give feedback about their performance.
What You Bring
* Proven experience in a similar position on complex industrial projects, preferably from the energy market (Power Plant or Transmission projects).
* Experience working at industrial construction sites.
* Availability for worldwide travel to support and train allocated personnel.
* Experience in collaboration and working in an international and multicultural environment.
* Knowledge of project management methodology and related tools.
* Open-mindedness, decision-making skills, and independence in actions.
* English and German skills on C1 level.

At Siemens Energy, we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualifications. Due to Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise, and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of 53,367.02€ gross/year for a full-time position (38.5 h/week).
