TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* The ASM has detailed market knowledge and defines leads & opportunities.
* The ASM spends a major part of the time in the market, performing frequent visits to the sales/service network & customers.
* Responsible for order intake, sales revenue, and margins.
* Follow-up on sales measures defined by the Lead Area Sales Manager.
* The ASM pushes service coverage and spare parts sales.
* Collects information regarding market & competition and provides customer feedback regarding product performance.
* The ASM formulates customer problems as input to Application Management.
* Performs proactive lead and opportunity management on a daily basis (including lost orders).
* As a technical sales specialist, the ASM is the first contact for technical questions from the network and assists with offers.
