You are responsible for ATC Tower products and solutions across the entire sales value chain, including accurate forecasting, opportunity planning, and management.
You are the primary link to our regional sales managers and customers, facilitating lead creation and opportunity shaping.
You develop strategies for pursuing new sales opportunities in collaboration with the regional sales team.
With your specialized product and ATM domain expertise, you ensure that cost-efficient and technically feasible solutions are offered to our customers.
You are responsible for preparing and responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with regional sales, pre-sales, solution architects, bid management, and the product team.
As the Capture Lead for complex opportunities, you have the ability to manage the internal offer team, including stakeholders from technical, operational, commercial, and legal departments.
In cooperation with Marketing and Product Management, you are responsible for market communication, including customer presentations and demonstrations, and participating in international conferences and trade shows.
Key Qualifications
* Consultative selling combined with strong customer interaction
* At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, design, or management of complex technical products and solutions
* Detailed experience in requirements engineering and calculation of complex solutions, as well as in creating solution descriptions
* Work experience in the fields of aviation or air traffic management
* Experience in handling and managing virtual teams and/or in project management
* Structured work approach, teamwork skills, and assertiveness
* Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
* Intercultural competence and willingness to travel up to 30%

Salary
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 56,605 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
