We have an open mind to your background as successful Professional Service leaders come from a variety of industry domains; however, the key success element in our experience is a business owner mentality with a genuine respect for people and an interest or knowledge in technology. These attributes will allow you to take ownership of accounts and people management along with managing technology industry trends and client relationships.
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:
* Client liaison - sourcing and managing technology leaders and business stakeholders.
* Promoting our value as a people partner on projects and programs of work.
* Opening and managing key accounts and clients with a firm focus on relationships.
* Focus on relationship selling within technology whereby we can augment the delivery team.
* Using a range of systems, tools (JobAdder), and resources to source, attract, and qualify candidates.
* Telephone screening and interviewing along with client BD meetings.
* Supporting consultants through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
* Providing ongoing care and support to internal and external stakeholders in the project lifecycle.
* Being a valuable team player who enjoys people, building capability, and success.
