How you will make your Mark:
* Plan, organize, conduct, inspire, and evaluate internal and external SKE training sessions and further education
* Develop various career paths and coordinate them with the respective managers
* Expand the training offerings of the SKE Academy
* Create and adapt course materials and training manuals for specific training needs
* Deliver professional training sessions (online & on-site)
* Identify and evaluate training needs
* Promote brand values and company philosophy
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
* Technical background with understanding and/or practical experience in the solar industry
* Open, communicative personality with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with traditional and modern training processes/methods
* Passion for sharing knowledge
* Proficiency in the entire MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint; ideally, experience with LMS software platforms
* Fluent English and/or German skills

* An attractive monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,200 gross (38.5 hours/week). Additional experience & qualifications are valued and will be discussed personally with you.
