Your role
We are looking for you, an innovative Psychologist with a focus on Psychometrics / Data Science (m/f/x) who wants to help shape the future of psychological assessments and data-driven decision-making in the age of artificial intelligence (AI). This position combines classical psychometrics with modern artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) approaches to develop and validate innovative psychometric tests.
Your profile
* Degree in Psychology, Statistics or a comparable field
* Solid knowledge of psychological assessments and psychometrics
* Experience in statistics and quantitative methodology
* Knowledge of machine learning / AI is an advantage
* Advanced proficiency in R, SPSS, and MS Office
* Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Very good English skills (spoken and written)
* Good German skills or the willingness to learn the language

Your mission
* Development and validation of psychometric tests for the Vienna Test System
* Design and implementation of validation studies to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of our psychometric tests
* Analysis of psychometric data to optimize existing and new tests, including the writing of test manuals
* Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Research on the latest developments in psychometrics, data science, and AI to help us innovate our products
* Publication of research findings in scientific journals and presenting them at national and international conferences

Salary
For a full-time position (38.5 hours per week), the minimum collective agreement salary is €3,251.09 gross per month (14 times per year). A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
