On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Nauders, Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Sous Chef (m/f/d)!
What You Bring:
* Completed apprenticeship as a chef
* Experience in a similar position in upscale hotels or gastronomy
* Enjoyment of working with fresh products
* Creativity, organized, and meticulous work
* Reliability, willingness to take responsibility, passion, and joy in the profession
* Proficiency in German, English, or Italian
Your Duties:
* Implementation of the kitchen concept according to company guidelines
* Adherence to hotel-specific standards and hygiene regulations
* Preparation of daily 4-course half-board menus
* Good collaboration with suppliers and internal departments
* Production and preparation of fresh dishes
* Contribution of new ideas for weekly menu design
