Revolutionize 3D printing with us
As the Head of Sales, you will be a key driver of Plasmics' commercial success. You will be responsible for establishing, scaling, and leading our sales department, ensuring we meet our revenue and growth targets. You will play a hands-on role in developing strategies, building partnerships, and leading a sales team as we expand our market reach. You will work closely with the CEO, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to develop and execute a winning sales strategy.
Aufgaben
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with Plasmics' growth objectives.
* Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new B2B, SME, and enterprise markets across Europe and beyond.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a highperforming sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
* Business Development: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and driving longterm value
* Sales Operations & Efficiency: Implement and optimize sales processes, CRM systems, and tools for efficiency and scalability.
* Lead Generation & Acquisition: Drive proactive sales efforts, including direct outreach, cold calling, and networking to generate and convert leads.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
* Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set, monitor, and analyze sales KPIs, providing regular updates on progress and areas for improvement.
* Product & Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Plasmics' 3D printers, industry trends, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
Profil
* 10+ years in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in tech or hardware.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and scaling teams.
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Tech-savvy with a passion for 3D printing (experience preferred but not required).
* Fluent in English (German is a plus).
* Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
