Personal/Executive Assistant & Property Manager
Are you a highly organized, proactive individual with a passion for property management and supporting executive-level operations? We are seeking a talented Personal/Executive Assistant & Property Manager to join our team. This unique role offers the opportunity to combine administrative expertise with property management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location: Yatala but flexible with WFH
Employment Type: Full-time, also negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO & GM, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Support two Directors and the general manager with administrative and operational tasks.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including tenant relations, lease agreements, and maintenance coordination.
* Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for property-related expenses.
* Coordinate property marketing activities, including listings, viewings, and tenant onboarding.
* Assist with personal errands, event planning, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
About You:
* Proven experience as a PA/EA or property manager (or a combination of both roles).
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
* Knowledge of property management practices, regulations, and tenant relations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
* A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
* A valid driver’s license is preferred.
