1. Lead and build a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls and drives governance, risk, and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.
2. Drive project management for gap analysis, customer audits, existing and new certifications.
3. Track and monitor by utilizing project management tools, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
4. Improve and document the workflows and processes for the certification and audit team.
5. Plan meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors to get the right subject matter experts/stakeholders into this process.
6. Drive the preparation and follow-ups for certifications and audits to ensure that action/deliverables are done on time.
7. Be the main contact person for internal and external auditors and the Dynatrace subject matter experts/stakeholders.
