Due to growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Team Lead to take over a small portfolio of up to 100 residential properties. This position is available to those who are looking to advance their career and manage a small, tight-knit team of property managers.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Manage your own portfolio of up to 100 properties
2. Delegate workflow and manage a small team of property managers
3. Handle maintenance requests for the portfolio
4. Manage emails and enquiries, including tenant/owner enquiries
5. Maintain client relationships
6. Conduct routine inspections and generate reports (support provided)
7. Handle lease renewals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
1. Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
2. Property Management Experience
