Our Trade Marketing team play an integral role in creating and delivering impactful activity plans that drive Dyson’s growth and enhance the customer experience across both direct and indirect retail channels.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Trading Marketing Manager, you will act as a bridge between various internal teams and retailers, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies while aligning with Dyson’s principles and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities Include
1. Develop and manage activity plans for both in-store and online channels, working closely with Category Managers, Key Account Managers, and retailers to ensure alignment with customer and store needs.
2. Oversee the execution of New Product Development launches and product campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation across all points of sale.
3. Manage assigned budgets, prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable returns on investment.
4. Analyse market data (e.g., GfK reports) to track Dyson’s performance, identify emerging trends, and spot competitive threats. Share actionable insights with stakeholders to inform decision-making.
5. Shape and optimise the customer experience online and in physical stores, developing activation plans that align with Dyson’s marketing strategy.
6. Work collaboratively to define Dyson’s ideal physical footprint in the market. Support the field team in implementing and monitoring Selective Distribution criteria and Dyson Retail principles.
7. Take the lead on selected special projects, driving innovation and demonstrating initiative. Act as a role model for the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
8. Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and retail to ensure consistency in execution and alignment of priorities across all touchpoints.

About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
1. 2+ years’ experience in trade marketing, marketing, or event management.
2. Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills.
3. Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
4. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with excellent time management skills.
5. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams.
7. Fluency in English and Swiss-German (French proficiency is a bonus).
