Manager - Business Strategy Finance (f/m/d)
How You'll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
* At ALDI SÜD's International Customer Interaction unit, you design seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital, in-store, and service touchpoints.
* In your role, you act as a key liaison for business strategy providing insights, updates, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
* You track performance through key indicators, identify opportunities for process improvements, and contribute to continuous optimisation efforts.
* In addition, you support the development and execution of the business vision, strategy, and operating model for ICI in alignment with ALDI's overarching strategy.
* You'll support organisational scoping and carry out the business planning cycle.
* As a Manager for Business Strategy Finance, you will develop business cases as well as project plans and budgets.
* You'll act as a key interface with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring alignment, collecting feedback, and driving the effective execution of strategic projects (e.g., nextALDI).
* You'll prepare and orchestrate strategic international committees, ensuring high-quality decision-making materials for leadership discussions (ICIC, GSO, IMC, TPC, etc.).
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
* You have several years of professional experience in strategic business finance.
* You have experience in developing and implementing international business strategies for large corporations and managing projects.
* You have strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills with the ability to make informed decisions in complex environments.
* You have exceptional methodical competencies including structuring and planning, analytical and conceptual thinking, applying frameworks, and facilitation.
* You have outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
* You strive for simplicity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while delivering value through omnichannel solutions.
* You're fluent in the English language.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification.
