Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
* Develop and implement communication strategies to support IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Design and execute engaging communication campaigns for complex IT changes.
* Organizational Change Management
o Apply change management methodologies to ensure adoption and minimize resistance. Conduct impact assessments and analyze stakeholder readiness. Build awareness, engagement, and advocacy for IT transformation initiatives.
* Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnership
o Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring business alignment. Support product roadmaps and resource planning to optimize efficiency. Work with UX, Partnering, and Engagement teams to enhance user experience.
Requirements
* Strong ability to engage diverse teams and influence stakeholders. Expertise in consulting and business partnering to align IT initiatives with business needs.
* Communication & Change Management Skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in organizational change management methodologies. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management.
* Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required); Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management. Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation. Fluent English proficiency required.
