Order Management & Material Requirements Planning Specialist f/m/d
Acting independently and making a significant contribution to the smooth running of order processing and material requirements planning for “your” metrology product group: that's what you can expect in this role.
You represent an important interface between internal customers, colleagues/specialist departments and suppliers and make a significant contribution to ensuring that our high-quality measurement technology products are delivered to our customers on time and in the best quality. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfillment and representation of the product line as material requirements planner and order manager for defined customer orders for projects from order to delivery
Management of periodic forecast meetings with our business units and their implementation
Monitoring product launches and product discontinuations
Compliance with KPI targets and continuous optimization of production tranches, deadlines and material input quantities within the product line
Coordination of internal interfaces (e.g. design, purchasing, production, logistics, commercial order processing)
SAP master data management
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (technical college, university, university of applied sciences) with a focus on supply chain management, logistics or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in order management and material requirements planning in an international company
SAP R3 knowledge is an advantage
Project management skills are desirable
Proactive, analytical personality with team spirit
Independent, organized and conscientious way of working
Very good communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €51,550.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
