What you bring with you:
* Completed commercial training is desirable, such as a business administrator (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
* Experience and enjoyment in working with customers.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English.
* An open, positive attitude and empathy.
* Strong service and solution orientation.
* Careful, structured, and reliable work style.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office.

* …are a competent point of contact for our end customers in all product and service inquiries and communicate with them confidently via phone and email in both German and English.
* …represent our philosophy of service and see yourself as a brand ambassador.
* …make a very important contribution to customer satisfaction and loyalty for our brands Joie, Nuna, and Graco with your work.
* …are part of the European online shop team and take on tasks such as answering incoming product inquiries through the website and handling returns and complaints.
* …are involved in all matters related to order processing in customer service and serve as the interface between customer and consumer service, marketing, product management, and the European online shop team.
* …work with a modern inventory and ticketing system, identify potential for process optimization, and develop new communication measures.
* …analyze customer feedback to continuously optimize product and service satisfaction.
* …assist in designing efficient processes and ensure the updating and maintenance of the FAQs and product database.
