Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver technical and product training sessions for customers and employees worldwide, utilizing interactive and engaging methods.
* Develop tailored training materials for diverse target groups, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create digital content.
* Support the execution of global academy projects for our international clientele.
* Maintain close relationships with Frauscher locations and trainers globally from our Austrian base.
* Oversee training records, data, and evaluate feedback while digitalizing training data and content for the region.
Requirements
* A technical education, with a willingness to consider fresh graduates as this is an entry-level role.
* A passion for training and continuous learning, driven by enthusiasm for novel learning technologies.
* Strong team player with experience working collaboratively in a global environment and multi-location teams.
* Excellent presentation skills, coupled with proficiency in German and English.
