Senior / Lead Fullstack Developer (f/m/x)
We are a dynamic team working in an agile environment to digitalize the core processes of company pension and provident fund front-to-back with a high degree of automation. As a Senior/Lead Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for advancing our applications and supporting the team in technical matters.
Your mission
1. Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using a common technology stack such as Java, Spring, and React.
2. Driving architectural discussions in collaboration with team members.
3. Identifying continuous improvements to advance the product, aid the team, and increase velocity.
4. Supporting the Product Owner, especially on development-related inquiries.
Your core competencies
1. Strong (+5 years) Java development skills with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, Hibernate/JPA, SQL, GIT, Maven.
2. Experience (+3 years) with web technologies such as React or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript.
3. Curious to understand and challenge new user stories before implementing them.
4. Willingness to experiment and develop in new technologies.
5. Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure).
6. Good German language skills (B1/B2) are an advantage.
